I am from india and using apple tv 3rd generation, please let me know if this app is available for this product, if yes please let me know how to enable this app, as I could not find it.

As stated the 3rd gen doesn't run apps, just preset content sent via server. Whatever icons you see on the main menu is all that is available. You would have to use airplay from an IOS device (i.e. iPhone) to stream other content.

The Apple TV (3rd generation) doesn’t have apps. To add apps to Apple TV, you would need an Apple TV (4th generation or later), which feature an App Store to get those apps.
Some iOS apps of the same service may allow AirPlay streaming from an iOS device to Apple TV. That would be an alternative to seeing that content on Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation).
