ArbiterMobile charged me Twice

I went through the process of making an in-app purchase on the ArbiterMobile App. When I got to the end and submitted my payment, it said that it failed. Because of this I went back through and tried to purchase it again. This time it worked, but now i'm getting billed for both. I would like a refund for one of the ArbiterMobile purchases. Thank you

Does it show twice on the iTunes account's purchase history or is the first 'charge' only : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does show twice try contacting iTunes Support (we are just fellow users, so obviously nobody on here can potentially refund you) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
