ipod help

my daughter ipod went into diabled mode a while back. She found her ipod. We set into recovery mode to undo diabled mode. Now she has forgotten her apple id and password. We have tried everything. what can we do?? help

She's tried : If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support ?


Or if the iPod is on the activate lock screen and if she was the original purchaser of the iPod (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww) and see if they can remove the iPod from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
