Have you looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you've got linked to the card : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it doesn't show on any account could it be : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If not, contact the card issuer
