The startup disk does not have enough space to be partitioned

Hi,

When I am trying to install windows10 using bootcamp assistant I get error:

The startup disk does not have enough space to be partitioned.

You must have at least 40 GB of free space available.

However, I have 72Gb available. Here is the output of df -h:

$ df -h

Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity iused ifree %iused Mounted on

/dev/disk1s1 234Gi 159Gi 72Gi 69% 2140319 9223372036852635488 0% /

devfs 185Ki 185Ki 0Bi 100% 642 0 100% /dev

/dev/disk1s4 234Gi 2.0Gi 72Gi 3% 3 9223372036854775804 0% /private/var/vm

map -hosts 0Bi 0Bi 0Bi 100% 0 0 100% /net

map auto_home 0Bi 0Bi 0Bi 100% 0 0 100% /home

The output of diskutil list:

The output of fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1

I know that another user (jakubfromneratovice) has asked similar question recently, however, suggestions in that thread didn't help me. I also tried to boot into recovery mode and use first aid and fsck from there, but that didn't help.
