Q:Deleted email associated with Apple ID?

My old ID apple was locked.I cannot access it even I had put the right password. I have seven devices are linked by the iCloud. I tried to delete the old id from my devices to add my new one but it asked for the password. The Email which ties with the Apple ID was deleted I couldn't reset it. I also forgot my security question. Now I created the new Email under the same name, but the ID Apple still can’t use. I need to delete the ID from the devices in order to log into a new one. This has deemed my iPad and six iPhone unusable, and I'm very unsure on what to do. I can no longer recover the email associated,

please help, I have a useless seven devices here.
