Apple ID is disabled only when download or uptodate app at Appstore

My Apple ID was disabled when payment info was not good. I changed my card and attempted to download apps but my Apple ID is still disabled and I don’t know why?pls correct this bug.Thanks

if adding a new card successfully does not help, Your account might need to be unlocked by iTunes store support.
