Legal usage of GarageBand loops

I’m not completely understanding the legal usages of the GarageBand loops. If I combined a combination of loops to use for my Podcasts intro and spoken content, can I legally distribute my Podcasts using these sounds, and or claim them as my on creation? Or if not claiming the music as my own, am I allowed to at least use the combination of loops and beats that I’ve put together as my background music for my podcast?

You are entitled to use the audio content in GarageBand to create your own music projects and even use it commercially. But you may still encounter problems when you try to upload your work to Youtube or other platforms, if someone else claims the copyright to a similar use of the loops and sounds. Online platforms can be very restrictive, if the suspect a copyright violation.
