Photos stopped uploading to photo stream

My camera photos have stopped uploading to My Photo Stream, suggestions? I only have 600 in the Stream.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1

Hello,

How can you tell they have stopped uploading? Is it possible they have stopped downloading? That is usually what I see. I fix it by turning iCloud Photo Stream off and then back on. I do this on my Mac. It never fails on iOS.
