Presale ticket code

I preordered a Mumford & Sons album & was also supposed to receive a code to be added to a ticket presale list. This code was going to be emailed. However, I haven’t received it yet & others in my area have. Suggestions?

I received an email that I received 3 months free of Apple TV with my new role device. How do I get the code? I just bought a Roku box. After getting it set up, I received an email that I get 3 months free Apple TV. When I tap on the “tap here to get code” it takes me to the store to purchase a Roku product, which I have already done that. When I go to the Apple TV app, it says I only get 7 days free.

subscription from groupon i purchased a subscription from groupon and i received a code. my apple id email is different from my groupon id. i go to watch tv, get the prompt to enter my promotion code but the groupon code doesn't work.
