Can't access Podcast Connect

I'm trying to upload a podcast with a new Apple Id. I am experiencing an endless login loop when I try to access Podcast connect. I have connected a payment method with this Apple Id as other forum answers have suggested. When I try to sign into iTunes, I am given this error: "This Apple ID has not yet been used at the iTunes store". WHen I hit review, I'm taken to a page where I am to complete my Apple ID, but it's with the wrong email address and won't give me the option to correct that.

This is getting ridiculous.

podcast connect and iTunes problems I'm hosting a new podcast and I'm trying to submit it to iTunes. I created a new Apple ID. When I go to Podcasts Connect and log in, it says "Podcasts Connect requires an iTunes Store account." When I log into iTunes, it says "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store." Clicking "Review" does nothing. It is the newest version of iTunes; I updated it today. Can you help me out of this loop?

My account doesn't work with podcast connect? hey there! I am attempting to submit my new podcast to itunes, this will be the 3rd podcast i've had over the years. I have for sure done this before but for some reason this time around when i try to sign into podcast connect for my new podcast i get this "You need to finish activating your Apple ID before you can use it on Apple Podcasts Connect. For more information, check our support article on creating an Apple Podcasts Connect account. Learn More" I have my visa on file as well as my paypal. I was NEVER prompted to accept TOS but apperently that is the thing blocking my access? I tried a second email to see if I had messed up to find the same results. I cannot seem to locate a spot to accept TOS. Can someone tell me what im doing wrong?
