Maximize Window - Citrix

My office uses Citrix. When I access Citrix from home using my IBook, I am unable to maximize the Citrix desktop to fit the screen. The Citrix desktop/window will only open enough to use only about 1/5 of the IBook screen. Any advice?

ibook, Mac OS X (10.4.2)

Not sure what program you are using, but just prior to the program which I open ( to a very small screen), there is an "APPLICATIONS" window, at the top right hand corner of the window, there are 3 icons, one is what appears to be a clipboard with 2 red checks. It is to "CUSTOMIZE USER INTERFACE"
Click on this, and you should go to a "settings or index" screen. Click on "CONNECTION PREFERENCE"
Then click on the "FULL SCREEN" setting for window size.
Hope this helps!

it depends on how you are connecting to Citrix. if you using a published app (need to ask your citrix administrator)and in its properties, the resolution is set to the lowest common denominator, then you are stuck unless you can get the citrix administrator to bump up the resolution. there are other ways to connect but that is dictated by the policy set by the citrix administrator; talk to him/her.
