Checked include CD Text when burn audio CD but song names do not show up when playing in car

I tried to burn a playlist to a disc using iTunes and I checked box to include CD Text as always.

When I put the disc in my car to play it shows no song names, instead it shows Track 1, 2, 3...... I am using iTunes 12.8.0.150on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Song names do show up on iTunes AAC audio file & on burned audio disc when it is being read by iMac. Why is this not working?

You could try turning the option to use CD Text off and then back on again in case the preference was somehow remembered through the update but not actively applied. Does your car support MP3 CD or Data CD? If so they might work better for you.
