I want to cancel using Linkedin and Linkedin sales navigator via IPad, and change payment method without using my apple ID. Because the company I work will pay for my subscription, and they won't pay through my apple ID.

A subscription via your iTunes account will only give you access via that account e.g. on your iPad. If you instead only want to be able to access it via your computer cancel the iTunes subscription and subscribe directly on their website on your computer using your computer's payment method.

If your company wants to pay for an iTunes subscription their payment method will need to be on the account that you download the app and subscribe to it
Could you please clarify what exactly I need to do in this case?
And as I mentioned, I want to continue using LinkedIn without using Itunes or Apple ID. And do it using my working computer.
