Where are the mail push/fetch settings in ios 12?

Apparently they were moved from ios 11? All of the information I can find in Google shows them under Mail (they don't seem to be there) or "Mail, Contacts, and Calendars," which I can't find.

Push/Fetch I have iPhone 12. I want to push email notifications. I can't find the push/fetch options. One answer was to go to Email/Contacts/Calendars. I don't have Contact/Calendeas under Email. Settings>Passwords & Accounts>Fetch New Data.
