New ISO 12 Shortcuts App not working properly with switch control

I have had two issues with using the new Shortcuts app with Switch control.

1) My shortcuts are not appearing in the switch control menu options for shortcuts.

2) On another device although the shortcut has been deleted from the app it is still appearing on the switch control menu.

Any suggestions or a setting I have missed?

I have tried this on an iPad and iPhone.
