Facetime rings but can't answer

I have MBP FaceTime 4.0 linked to Sprint iPhone 6s. When iPhone rings with incoming audio telephone call FaceTime launches and starts ringing on MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012). When I answer the call using FaceTime on MBP it doesn't connect to caller and caller ends up getting iPhone voice mail. It used to work.
