How can I recover deleted pictures from years ago? If possible.

I have had the same I phone account throughtout the years but I’m trying to get back pictures I deleted off of my phone in 2016.

If the photos were in Camera Roll on your iPhone and were present when you took your last iPhone backup, restoring the backup would recover the photos.
