How do I cancel an app

See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. This is a user to user support forum. No one here can unsubscribe for you. Removing an app from your device, or simply not using it, won't cancel any related subscription.

What app is it and what do you mean by 'cancel' and 'reoccuring app?'

Is it a subscription you want to stop? Or uninstall an app and it keeps reinstalling?
