I am try to update to el capitan from os lion but unable to do it. I am getting an error again n again. its says "There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later." please find the attached screen shot. can you please help.
Tryfixing the payment information associated with your Apple ID using the Apple ID web site, and see if that then clears the upgrade issue.
