problem with Beats Headphone

Hi. I bought this MacBook Pro a few weeks ago.


I also bought the Beats Solo3 at the same time. I have been using these two for quite a long time. Connectivity was working well. But once, I just connected the headphone with the audio cable provided in the Solo3. After that, I connected my headphones but the audio is only coming out from the right side. I tried to restart my Macbook and headphone but it still doesn't work.


Do you guys have any solution?

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with your Beats Solo3 headphones only having audio coming out of the right side and I’m happy to help! I recommend starting by checking out this link for Sound Troubleshooting your Beats headphones.
If the issues continue, check out this link to Set up and use your Solo3 Wireless Headphones. Specifically:

Reset

  1. Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:
    • Power button
    • Volume down button
  2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
