why does it say i have not purchase in the itunes store when i try to remove my billing info
I just got my iPhone and I made a Apple ID. It told me I needed to put in my billing info but I don't want it on there or to be billed for installing free stuff. Every time I try to take it off it won't let me it just says that I haven't purshaced in the iTunes Store yet. Can someone please help me figure this out?
