my apple id is locked o make new passwords and it still is locked

Help me please , I’ve tried changing my password and everything and it still won’t work , I can’t download apps without it or update them how do I fix it

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
