Links in email and safari not working since updated to IOS 12

Ever since I upgraded my IPhone 8plus to iOS 12.0.1 the links in my emails and in safari no longer work. Is there a setting I need to change?

Try doing a forced restart of your iPhone.

Links not opening on safari after update to 15.2.1 Is anyone else having this problem, when I get an email and I have to activate something the link will not open from my email in safari since the weekend update (23/1/2022) any suggestions? I have the iPad Pro 2020.
