Is this iCloud text from a scammer? It has a link to iCloud-server.com

I received a text message saying, “

live:apple.service.by.text:

Apple Inc.

Your lost iPhone 7 Rose Gold 128GB has been connected to the internet. To locate or lock this device

https://icloud-server.com/?i=8828”

I locked the device as soon as I lost it so that was red flag #1. I looked on Find My iPhone and it says the device is offline and not connected to WiFi, red flag #2.

I’m fairly confident this is a spammer, but can anybody confirm?
