30 inch apple cinema display

Hi guys, big disappointment after disappointment here. I just bought a 21.5 iMac and want to be able to hookup my 2005 30 inch apple cinema display. Before, I use to have it connected to a windows laptop which has an hdmi output. As my apple display has a dvi connector, I went to a dvi to hdmi adapter and it worked perfectly. Now as you know, this iMac has in the back two thunderbolt 3 connections. This is the fourth adapter I bought and none worked. Actually all is blank. He's the adapter I've used:

usb-c to dvi dual link

usb-c to hdmi (was working b4 with hdmi)

StarTech.com MDP2DVID Mini DisplayPort to DVI Dual-Link Active USB Powered.

Also Apple support couldn't help me.
