magnetic phone case safe for iphone?Is th

Is a magnetic phone case (e.g. "Evutec Wood Bamboo case with Afix Mounting System built inside case for use with vent magnet) safe for my iPhone 8plus? Can it cause compass (and maps) to malfunction?

magnets can cause the compass to not work proper when its close by

most maps mostly rely on gps rather than compass as a compass can only tell you

if you are facing north, east, south or west not where in the world you are
