Why does my AppStore keep saying my bank declined my account even though it’s they didn’t?

I tried to buy something from the AppStore and the certification page popped up. I entered everything correctly and even called my bank to see if my card was cancelled. It wasn’t but every time I try to buy something, it says my card has been declined. Please help, thank you.

Had this to happen but it was because I had a new card with nearly identical information.

Suggestion only, Log into your Apple account and check to make sure number by number all digits match, expiration date but most importantly that 3 or 4 digit pin on the back Because it will cause it to decline if it is not verified.

You may want to take the information out if you have not tried to do so already and re-enter it and of course if that does not work, check with the back. Provide them with the error message you are getting and then advise Apple.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
