Ok I just searched around and figured this is a common issue ! I’m not the only one.

My current iPhone is a replacement iPhone which I got from you in which to replace another iPhone.

Meaning I bought iPhone, something was defective, you replaced it and again after a while something different got to be defective so you replace it again and now this is the third time.....

I guess I need to pay apple to fix a defect, note it is a defect, something is loose inside the phone
