My iPhone keeps telling me that my Apple ID is locked

I was trying to download a new app and my phone kept saying that I need to update my payment methods first so I did and the it says my Apple ID is locked so it makes me chane my password so I did and then it just keeps saying it’s lock and for me to repeat the process I’ve changed my phone work like 6 times already.
