Taking the assumption you are talking about the 2018 15 inch MacBook Pro, it means your computer has two built in graphics cards. One, the intel uhd 630 is built into the cpu. It is a low power, basic graphics card designed to do little more than make your screen work. The other, is a more powerful GPU built into the motherboard designed to handle all the more difficult stuff. Automatic graphic switching means the computer will determine which GPU is necessary for a task and use the appropriate one to save resources.
