How to unlock an iPhone SE from total wireless

I purchased an iPhone SE with 32 MB or gigabytes of storage from target. It is dedicated to a different vendor than Verizon. How do I make it so it will work with Verizon. When I put the Verizon chip in it tells me Sim card not supported.

iPhone SE, iOS 12.0.1, Need to jailbreak this phone
