Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Whenever I try to upload a file as an attachment, my Finder opens up in a fixed size and I can neither move it nor can I resize it. I'm unable to see the 'Cancel/Save' buttons at the bottom. Bugging the heck out of me.

Take the cursor to one of the sides of the window now press and hold the shift key and whilst keeping the pressed move the side of the window inwards, the window should now shrink in proportion revealing the cancel and save buttons.
