I can’t update or download any app on my iPhone 7 Plus

Hello

I can’t update or download any app on my iPhone 7 Plus. It always asks my to update my billing information

I do that but then I always get this message “Your payment method was declined”


I don’t know how to solve this issue!

Any one can helps me please?

Either try a different card (credit cards are more likely to work than debit cards), or to download app updates and free apps see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
