apple watch music storage limit

Is there a music storage limit for apple watch (series 3, watchos 5)? My watch's music app doesn't show all my playlist's songs. I re-paired the watch but that didn't help. No other songs or playlists are installed and 11.6 GB available. The play list I want to install has 205 songs but only half of them will sync with the watch?
