Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Apple ID disabled

So, when i tried to update an app on the app store it says " Apple ID is disabled ". So, I've now changed my password 3 times and each time it lets me login but still won't let me update or download any thing from the app store and still says " Apple ID is disabled ".
Can someone please help me?

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
