how to delete "downloadable font asset"

I have several fonts that are grayed out in FontBook and when you view the font info, they all say they are a "downloadable font asset" on the Location info line. They appear to be Asian font families, but I don't know how I got them. I want to delete them, but can't find a way. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, Late 2015

They are part of fonts available with Mojave for download

e.g. Wawati TC Regular


Fonts included with macOS Mojave - Apple Support


I wouldn't remove them, they take up little space, and you don't see them in your font menu options e.g. if you are working in Word or some other app.
