Keynote will not open newer version files but won't update!

For some strange reason my Keynote will not open a sent file and is saying I need a newer version of Keynote but my system is the latest OSX and keeps stopping any attempt to do a Keynote update and tells me that I am not who I am (errr... really?). Help please.

Keynote Crashing Hi there, My Keynote crashed while working on a presentation and since then I've been able to open up Keynote without it crashing. I've tried different presentations but it continues to crash. I went to upgrade Keynote but I can't upgrade it without updating the OS to 11.0 or higher, which I don't want to do at this time. I've read on another forum that I should be able to run/ upgrade an older version of Keynote from the App store but I can't seem to do this and/ or I am not able to. I tried uninstalling Keynote and couldn't upload an older version of Keynote via the Appstore (I then re-installed Keynote from Time Machine) I am currently on Mac Os Mojave v. 10.14.6 and the version of Keynote is 7.0.5. Can't install keynote When I'm trying to install keynote from the App Store, the following message will appear: 'We couldn't complete your purchase' 'Keynote cannot be installed on 'Untitled' because macOS version 10.14 or higher is required.' Currently I'm using a macbook air (early 2014) running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6. and I can't update it to 10.14, because I can't find the download in the App Store, only macOS Catalina. Does somebody now how to fix this problem?

keynote wil not update Hello, i'm on a laptop on OS X El Captain and just want to open a keynote file i was sent. I went to update my keynote in the app store but when i click on it, the loading icon just continues to spin. please help. why is this happening? thank you
