USB Speed on iPhone XS(XR?)

Hi-

I can't find this information anywhere... can anyone tell me what the USB speed is for the new (2018) iPhones? I have a 10.5 iPad Pro and I know it supports USB 3.0 speeds with the USB 3.0 adapter (and also the camera connection kit)

Can't find info on the phones anywhere.
