I have a tiny white speck of dust under my rear dual camera. Is that a big of enough deal for Apple to fix that with apple care+?

There is a tiny speck of dust under my camera on my iPhone 7 Plus. Is it a big of enough to deal to go to Apple and get it fixed. Since I thought that if dust somehow got into it, water might be able to get into it too. Since it should be water and dust proof.

It is water resistant (not waterproof).

But it's difficult to diagnose that issue remotely.

If you have AppleCare+, I would make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your device inspected. After checking it, they'll give you all the available options:
