I’m having trouble downloading apps, im getting prompts to update my bank card information. When I do it still doesn’t work. It’s saying card declined for apps that don’t require payment. Is there something you can do?

Check that the billing information was entered correctly. If so, contact your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
