apple id problem pls unblock my apple id

We are fellow users, these are user forums, we can't 'unblock' (whatever that is supposed to mean) your account.

What are you wanting/trying to do ? Do you mean that your account is disabled/locked : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support ?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling it may help to right-click on the setup file and use Run as administrator.
