Can I get a free-trial in Apple Music without issuing a card, because I don’t have one.
The Apple Music subscription service requires a verified payment method be attached to your account.
If you have your account's payment method set to "None" then Apple Music won't ask for one until it needs to charge you. It can charge off of whatever iTunes Gift credit you may have an never ask for a credit card.
If you currently have an unverified payment method on your account, then you will need to verify it before you can use the store services including Apple Music.
