YouTube Upload Help

Hello

I was wondering if someone can help. My son has a iphone 6 and wants to upload YouTube videos directly from his phone.

He does have the YouTube app and is logged into his account.

When he selects the video he wants to upload and taps the upload at the bottom left it comes up with a menu with selections like message, mail, icloud photo sharing, etc but there is no selection for YouTube. I have looked under the more selection as well.

Does anyone know how to get the YouTube selection to come under the upload menu?

Could I edit videos to post to YouTube with the new iPads? I have a youtube channel and I need something that is going to allow me to edit videos to post to youtube. Could I do this with the new iPads? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
