Hey apple, I really want an pink flamingo emoji and a mango emoji, thanks this would be great.
Apple has no say in what Emojis are available. That is up to the Unicode Consortium.

A Mango emoji will be coming with the iOS 12.1 update.

The mango has already been approved, and the flamingo is a candidate for the next Unicode release; it won't be out before summer 2019.
