Can't download a music to my phone from Apple music

Hello, my name is Aikenzhe. Since 2015 I'm using an Apple products. But today I can't download the music for offline listening. Fox example, I added one music to my library, but can't dowload it. Why? There is a lot of place on my Iphone storage. I could listen offline and could download all musics before. I guess I started to use an apple music from 2017 year, I'm not remember correctly. Please, help me. What's going on?

Force-quit your Music app, and restart your device. Also try changing to be better Wi-Fi network, or better location for cellular reception.
