i have game that I have been using for a while now, i used to buy some coins but now it gives me a msg that to contact you could you please assist me

You're not getting a message to contact anyone on here, these are user forums and we are just fellow users. To contact iTunes Support as instructed to do :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
