Apple ID is disabled

i tried downloading an app and it says that my Apple ID has been disabled. No security breaches or anyone trying to log in, simply says disabled but all info is correct and can log into account. Only when trying to download an app or looking at my info it says the error message

Being able to log into an account and being able to download store content are two different things, an account can just be disabled for the latter.

Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
