iPhone Xs camera flickering badly on slow mo and blue dots appearing on video and pics

Hi .. could anyone advise Please.

had my iPhone Xs about 4 weeks . Updated software last night so its up to date .

i have noticed that the slow mo video is flickering like mad when I go to video ... its so bad you would like I have flashing lights.

on the nornal video there is a bluish green dot in The video and on pics as well .

dos anyone know what this is ? It is a contract phone .im thinking of either going to car phone warehouse or contacting apple. Not happy considering it’s brand new and been kept very well safe and looked after .
