How to order with 3D secure?

Hi,

I want to buy Macbook and I’ll pay it from Turkey and my friend will pick it up buy I need to pay with 3D secure. My country policy doesn’t let me pay without 3D secure on my debit card. When I tried to pay, It didn’t open new page for 3D secure. Is that possible to pay with 3D secure?
